I hope that you do not mind Ann-Marie :-D

I couldn't help it...my cousins are so adorable. Giles is four years old and Jake is 4 months (in a few days).

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

Happy Valentines Day Christian!!! We miss you :-) and love you :-).

It's been a rough week with sickness, mourning, and playing catch up. For those who may not know, my Grandmother passed away a couple of weeks ago, but, it wasn't until this past week that it really hit me. I'm doing fine, it's just hard to realize that she's truly gone. Abby and I both had something this past week that we got from the nursery. It's pretty much gone, but, we still have the cough left. I have NO voice. I sound so funny every time I try to talk, and, if I try to talk for too long, my voice is completely gone. It's been nice to be able to rest all week, but, looking around at everything that needs to be done is a bit overwhelming. At least I got my taxes done!!!

Abby is such a cutie patootie these days (okay...when has she not been :-P). I can't keep her on her tummy, though. As soon as I put her down, she flips over to her back. How is she ever going to learn how to crawl if she won't stay on her tummy. She's using her hands a lot more, grabbing things and making silly gestures. When she falls asleep, one arm will start beating the bed...and sometimes me. Abby's also learning to sit a little better on her own, but, she still falls, teehee. It's so funny to see her tip side ways :-P...not that I let that happen to often. She's starting to eat cereal and baby food on a regular basis. I think that her favorite, so far, are peas. She's not a fan of the sweeter things, such as bananas and peaches.

Not too much has been going on. I've been a bit fatigued lately, and I can't figure out why...I know that I'm getting enough sleep. I apologize that I haven't updated in a while, but, there isn't really too much getting done these days. I think Abby is still recovering from the trip, because, she's been a little more clingy lately. She's finally taking a good nap right now, yaaaaaay.

On Thursday, I received the exciting news that I was being promoted to Supervisor. Exciting to me at least, I've been waiting for a while, and, it's a little reassuring in my goal to become a Children's Minister.

Jessica, Noah, and baby Trent in the belly came over a couple of days ago for Pizza and catch up time. Noah was so so cute with Abby and Tupac. He's going to be a good big brother. Tupac was thrilled that he was being followed and played with. The only thing, was, he didn't quite understand that Noah wasn't very strong. He's so gentle with Abby, but, with Noah, he would lean against him so that Noah would keep petting him. Tupac's 40 ibs against Noah's 25 isn't a good idea, haha.

Abby is becoming more and more mobile everyday. She's not crawling, but, she sure knows how to dig her feet into the ground to push off in all sorts of directions. I'll lay her on her back and walk away for a moment only to come back to find her off of her palet, on her tummy, in a totally different direction. For some reason, she refuses to do this while I'm watching her, though. She'll only roll over once in a blue moon. She's also beginning to sit up a bit more on her own. She does still fall over to the side, haha, which is quite amusing. Anyhow, don't mind the thousands of pictures I'm about to put up...Christian and Ann-Marie have made me feel guilty about my lack of updates, haha.
